IT Budget & Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Budget and Asset Management Analyst to provide strategic IT advisory services that align business goals with technology investments. The ideal candidate will help drive innovation, streamline operations, and support data-driven decision-making across departments. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and foster effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT advisory services to align technology investments with organizational goals and strategies.


• Lead periodic meetings, discussions, and assessments; report findings and suggest process improvements.


• Evaluate and recommend changes to current processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.


• Develop and deliver documentation, presentations, and related materials to support IT and business initiatives.


• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project timelines, goals, and expectations are met.


• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support informed, data-driven decision-making.


• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and updates.


• Effectively communicate ideas and recommendations, both in writing and verbally.


• Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion.


• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Perform other duties as assigned and mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT budget and asset management or a related field.


• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and providing actionable insights.


• Proficiency in creating documentation and professional presentations.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.


• Valid California Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $52-62/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
