Systems Analyst lll

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Systems Analyst III.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of MDM solutions (Workspace ONE)
* Monitor system performance, compliance, and logging/monitoring
* Analyze logs to identify root causes of system alerts, user access
* Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
* Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
* Execute technical documentation and operating procedures
* Support endpoint provisioning and testing involving both Windows, macOS

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent documentation, writing skills
* Experience with ServiceNow desired
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundation
* Understanding of service lifecycle, service strategy, and continual service improvement
* Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
