Business Data Analyst

We're seeking a Business Data Analyst to empower a product team within our Multifamily Business Unit. This unique role is perfect for an Excel super-user with experience in macros, API integrations, and Swagger, ready to make a real impact.

Responsibilities/Duties:

? Develop and maintain Excel macros to streamline data analysis and reporting.

? Design and implement API integrations across internal systems and third-party

platforms.

? Collaborate with engineering teams to support microservices-based architecture

for scalable product solutions.

? Must have significant experience working with multiple datasets with a high

degree of complex relationships, enabling deep analysis and actionable insights.

? Work with external partners to answer questions related to external APIs,

including experience with Swagger documentation and developer portals.

? Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, write user stories, and

define acceptance criteria for product features.

Education and Experience

? Bachelor's or master's degree

? Previous experience working with the GSE (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac)

preferably in the Multifamily Business Unit

Skills and Qualifications

? Knowledge of?Agile software development project methodologies preferred?

? Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills?

? Excellent verbal and written communication?

? Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple

priorities?

? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, macros, graphs/charts

? Detail-oriented analytical abilities; ability to work with partial data and evolving

outcomes to create structured, logical deliverables
