Job Summary:
As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for end-users, providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner. This role involves a combination of help desk responsibilities and hands-on support, with approximately 30 40% of your time dedicated to inventory management and routine operational tasks, such as unboxing and organizing equipment shipments.
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable individual with a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is moldable and eager to grow into more advanced responsibilities, including provisioning and deployment of systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assisting in the prioritization and implementation of features that contribute to secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Prepare user laptop/PC hardware for shipping.
- Receive laptop/PC hardware.
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related applications
- Route incoming incident and service requests to the appropriate support group
- Maintain accurate and timely records in issues tracking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
