Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Siebel CRM Lead Developer/Administrator to spearhead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our Siebel CRM platform. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience workflows, leading technical strategy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of Siebel CRM modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).

Oversee Siebel configuration and administration, including tools like Web Tools, Workflows, Business Services, eScript, Assignment Manager, Open UI, and EIM/VBC integrations.

Manage technical governance, code reviews, version control, and deployment pipelines.

Ensure system performance, tune Siebel schema and workflows, and handle troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Lead Siebel CRM strategy, mentor junior developers, and provide technical and administrative direction.

Coordinate cross-functionally with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business needs.

Drive deployment and release activities, leveraging best practices for CI/CD and change management.

Monitor system health and RFEs, manage Tier 2 3 support, and maintain documentation and knowledge artifacts.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5 7 years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM in a lead or senior developer capacity.

Proficiency with critical Siebel components: eScript, Workflow, Business Services, Open UI, EIM, VBC, Assignment Manager, Web Tools.

Strong integration experience using EAI, web services, VBCs, etc.

Familiarity with Siebel data model, schema design, performance optimization, and administration.

Experience with Siebel Order Management, Call Center, Marketing modules, or other vertical applications.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Certification in Siebel or relevant Oracle technologies is a plus.

Experience with Siebel UCM, analytics, or Oracle Cloud integrations.

Proven success in delivering Siebel solutions in industries such as retail, hospitality or logistics.

Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD practices, automated testing, and operational excellence.
