Job Title: GEN AI Architect

Location: Tampa, FL/Irving, TX (Hybrid 3 days a week)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions across our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and scalable system design.
• This role will be responsible for defining the AI architecture roadmap, selecting appropriate technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-level AI/ML architectures and platforms.
• Define best practices and standards for AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks and assess their suitability for current and future projects.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, explainable, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Guide the development of AI pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, models, and diagrams.
• Champion MLOps practices to streamline experimentation, model versioning, and continuous deployment.
• Lead or contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior AI professionals and team members.
