Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales (as required).
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly call handling quotas and performance targets (KPIs).
- Maintain a high level of empathy and customer service standards.
- Stay up to date with company products, promotions, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Patience, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude.
