Titre du poste : Analyste d'affaires

Lieu : Montral - Prsence requise au bureau ds le premier jour et 3 jours par semaine.
Le groupe Infrastructure and Financial Planning Analytics Technology (IFPAT) vise fournir des solutions de pointe pour optimiser la gestion des services de soutien l'infrastructure de la compagnie. Les applications dans ce domaine soutiennent divers processus de gestion : gestion de portefeuille de programmes, planification de la main-d'?uvre, budgtisation, budgtisation des immobilisations, suivi du temps, facturation, gestion des ressources, suivi de projets et gestion de la livraison.
L'quipe gre gnralement de grands projets complexes dans les services de soutien de la compagnie (technologie, oprations, finances, juridique, etc.).

Description du poste :

Ce poste est destin un analyste d'affaires charg de recueillir et de convertir les besoins mtier en conceptions fonctionnelles, ainsi que de dfinir la feuille de route. Le rle exige une capacit interagir avec divers groupes d'utilisateurs pour recueillir les exigences et grer les attentes en fonction des dlais ralistes. Le candidat retenu travaillera en troite collaboration avec l'quipe de dveloppement applicatif, en tant que reprsentant des utilisateurs, et devra possder de solides comptences analytiques et en documentation. Ce rle couvre toutes les tapes du cycle de vie du dveloppement logiciel.

Exigences :

  • Exprience avec les mthodologies Kanban et Scrum pour la gestion d'un backlog de rcits utilisateurs, bonne matrise des formats de rcits, des cas de test et des critres de succs.
  • Exprience dans la cration de maquettes d'interface utilisateur, la documentation du comportement des applications, l'analyse de donnes et les rgles mtier.
  • Collecte des exigences : recueillir les besoins, crer des diagrammes de flux, produire des rsums visuels, documenter les processus mtier.
  • Conception de rcits utilisateurs : transformer les exigences en rcits utilisateurs dans Jira, prts tre affins et intgrs dans les sprints de dveloppement.
  • Tests : aider la cration et l'excution des plans de tests systme et d'acceptation utilisateur.
  • Formation : coordonner et soutenir les programmes de formation en collaboration avec les quipes mtier et le dpartement de formation.
  • Support : aider l'analyse et la rsolution des problmes de production quotidiens pour les applications existantes.
  • Gestion de projet : bonne matrise des tches de gestion de projet (planification, rapports d'avancement, gestion du primtre, gouvernance).
  • Exprience avec diffrentes techniques de collecte des exigences : analyse des carts, flux de processus transversaux, modlisation de cas d'utilisation.
  • Solides comptences en documentation pour toutes les phases du cycle de vie du projet (exigences, conception, tests).
  • Exprience dmontre dans la gestion de processus ou de systmes dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : planification de la main-d'?uvre, budgtisation, gestion des demandes de financement IT, planification budgtaire/fiscale, ou autres processus de gestion financire.
  • Capacit assimiler rapidement de nouvelles informations et apprendre de nouveaux processus mtier.
  • Capacit analyser un problme, en identifier la cause racine et collaborer avec les utilisateurs pour le rsoudre.
  • Capacit communiquer efficacement tous les niveaux de l'organisation, tant avec les units mtier qu'avec les quipes techniques.
  • Excellentes comptences relationnelles avec les clients : comprhension des besoins, tablissement de la crdibilit, cration de relations de confiance.
  • Capacit travailler dans une quipe mondiale. Autonomie et capacit excuter avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Rigueur, souci du dtail, sens de la livraison et de la qualit.
  • Bonne comprhension du cycle de dveloppement logiciel complet.
  • Matrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Visio et SharePoint.
  • Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale, avec exprience dans la rdaction de spcifications fonctionnelles, de documentation utilisateur et de supports de formation.
  • Capacit adapter son message diffrents publics.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Montreal Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week

The Infrastructure and Financial Planning Analytics Technology IFPAT group aims to deliver best-of-breed solutions to optimize the management of the comapnies Infrastructure Support Services organizations. Applications in this space support a range of management processes: Program Portfolio Management Workforce Planning Budgeting Capital Budgeting Time Tracking Billing Resource Management and Project Tracking Delivery Management. The team typically manages large complex projects across the back office I.e. Technology Operations Finance Legal etc.
This position is for a Business Analyst focusing on capturing and converting business requirements into functional design as well as defining the roadmap. The role requires the ability to face off to a diverse base of user-groups to solicit requirements and manage expectations as to what is achievable within realistic time frames. The successful candidate will face off with the application development team acting as advocate for the various user groups and should have strong analytic and documentation skills. This role will assist in all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Requirements:
- Experience with standard Kanban and Scrum methodologies for managing a backlog of stories and should be well versed in user story formats test cases and success criteria.
- Experience with user interface wireframes documenting application behavior data analysis and business rules.
- Requirements Gathering - collect requirements create flow diagrams generate one-page summary slides on key requirements produce business process documentation.
- User Stories Design - convert user requirements into user stories maintained in Jira that can be groomed and included in upcoming development sprints.
- Testing - assist in the creation of system and user acceptance test plans as well as executing the plans or coordinating their execution.
- Training - Coordination and support of training program - work with business areas and training department to develop and deploy multi-channel training as needed.
- Support - Assist in the investigation and resolution of day-to-day production support requests for existing applications.
- Project Management - Candidate should be well-versed in project management tasks such as developing a project plan/work breakdown structure compiling project status reports for management managing scope and setting project governance models.
- Experience with different requirements gathering techniques ex. gap analysis cross-functional process flows use case modeling.
- Strong documentation skills for all aspects of a project life cycle requirements design testing.
- Demonstration of process and/or system ownership in one or more of the following areas: workforce planning budgeting capital budgeting IT funding request management cash/fiscal planning or other financial management processes related to tracking planned and actual spend.
- Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes.
- Ability to investigate a problem determines root cause and work with end users to solve their issues.
- Ability to operate/communicate horizontally and vertically across the various business units and IT and comfortable conversing with Business Sponsors/ Stakeholders/ Technical Developers.
- Strong customer/client relationship skills understanding and focusing on the client needs establishing credibility and building relationships with clients etc..
- Ability to work as part of a global team. Self-starter able to execute with minimal supervision.
- Accurate tenacious delivery focused with an eye for detail and design.
- Understanding of and exposure to full development lifecycle. Excellent hands-on experience of MS Office including Visio and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in writing functional requirements user documentation and training materials.
- Must be able to get the message across to a variety of audiences.
