We are looking for a Business Analyst. The team is working on modernizing both the core applications to Angular and its legacy interfaces to use REST APIs and Google APIGEE. This position would involve learning the front-end applications, learning the data created/provided by those applications, creating/updating product documentation for large project initiatives, understanding the business need & use of dealer data, support of data questions from downstream applications, and support of annual audits.







ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with both the Business and IT to document Business Requirements and translate those into IT Technical SpecificationsApplication/Data Support using complex data analysis and SQL skills to manage challenging data joins across multiple applications and global countries with varying Business Rules by market Be a part of a product team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Manager, Anchor, and software engineers.Create high performing complex SQL queries.Participated in PDO product team ceremonies such as Standups, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives, and Release Planning Managing annual SOX/SCRP/GRC audits.



Skills RequiredSQL/database experience involving multiple, complex queriesAnalytical experience of complex applications and data relationshipsApplication support experience including the processing of support/help desk tickets and annual audit requirements.Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a product team.Strong written/oral communication skillsStrong drive for results and ability to work independently.Demonstrated commitment to quality and project timing.Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans.Strong Agile Project management capabilitiesProficient in using Rally (or similar Agile Project Management tool) to help drive a metrics driven approach for IT team.Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.Ability to deliver under pressure.



Experience RequiredStrong Data and ETL experience



Skills Preferred:Business/Systems knowledge with respect to Marketing Sales and especially Dealer Systems is a plus.Experience accessing data via API through PostmanExperience with SOX, SCRP, and GRC AuditsExperience with Cloud Technologies (Google Cloud Platform)Experience with Security and Code Quality Tools (i.e. 42 Crunch, Checkmarx, CyCode, etc)Experience in extract, transform and load (ETL) development with Oracle.Experience in working directly with PDO teams.Mainframe experience managing large and complex mainframe/Cobol jobs with heavy ETL to manipulate data and create downstream extracts.Ability to bring technical experience together with business knowledge.Prior experience working with major programs/products involving multiple stakeholders or multiple regions.



Experience PreferredExperience with java API's.Experience with the mainframe, Cobol, and DB2 databases.



Education RequiredBachelor's degree in an information technology related discipline
