Expert Collaborator, needs to do lot of communication between policy and billing team.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and set variables.
Interface with users and relevant Development and Quality Assurance stakeholders to ensure the timely compilation, packaging, and delivery of software products.
Project/Product Management experience.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Must show a commitment to excellence and possess strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as written and verbal communications skills.
