Responsibilities:
- Help to assist in the creation of a complex data model that would help the team track infrastructure deployment and changes
- Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
- Act as a subject matter expert in multiple database management platforms
- 7 - 10 years of direct relevant experience; Significant Data LineageProficient at data analysis, identifying the backend sources and data mapping
- Expert at architecting, designing and writing RESTful services
- Scripting Languages
- NoSQL Databases, Cloud Services, Version Control, ETL Processes, Data Warehousing, API Integration
- Python, Java, Scala for SQL, ER diagrams, normalization, relational schema, data integrity, data mapping, data validation, and data transformation
- Experienced with various DBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency with SQL/ NoSQL DBs, Database Design, Data Modeling, Normalization, Performance Tuning, Data Security, Backup and Recovery and Transaction Management. Experience with various Hadoop and Teradata
