Job Title: Mid-Level Prisma Access Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Prisma Access Engineer to design, implement, and support secure remote access and cloud-delivered security solutions using Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network security, cloud networking, and automation, and will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our secure access infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Prisma Access environments to support secure user and branch connectivity.
  • Integrate Prisma Access with existing PAN-OS firewalls, Panorama, and third-party systems.
  • Implement and manage GlobalProtect, SD-WAN, and cloud-delivered security services.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, policy, and performance issues across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Work with the security operations and network teams to optimize policies and rule sets.
  • Configure and manage IPSec/SSL VPNs, BGP routing, and DNS within Prisma Access.
  • Perform monitoring, reporting, and incident response using Panorama, Cortex Data Lake, and other tools.
  • Assist with automation and scripting tasks (Python, REST API, Terraform, etc.) to streamline deployments.
