Position: RPA Architect
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Role Summary
The RPA Architect will be responsible for driving automation strategy, process design, and implementation within Intuit s automation ecosystem. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate cross-functional teams, optimize business processes, and manage a robust automation pipeline from intake to deployment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
Act as a motivator and accountability driver to ensure efficient, automated processes are delivered on time.
Lead meetings and facilitate demos, maintaining ownership of follow-ups, reminders, and progress tracking.
Work with senior leadership to obtain approvals for project initiation and deployment.
Develop comprehensive documentation, from high-level summaries to detailed process steps.
Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) or similar requirement templates from scratch, detailing all elements necessary to execute automation projects.
Demonstrate strong process optimization skills, defining benefits for process owners and promoting adoption of proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain project and program roadmaps, preventing scope creep and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Apply Agile fundamentals in managing sprint planning, progress tracking, and retrospectives.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create test cases to validate automation functionality.
Desired Skills
Experience in RPA Program Management and establishing or supporting an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
Proven ability to manage and prioritize automation pipelines and project intake processes.
Hands-on exposure to tools such as Alteryx, Workato, or similar automation and integration platforms.
