Tech Product Owner



Location Stamford (Hybrid)












Serves as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering/development and production support teams.

Document requirements / report and tracks issues related to pricing and promotions.

Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables to cross functional teams. (IT, SIEBEL, FE Development, Etc)

Review Intake and Engage teams to perform Impact analysis

Document implementation approach of Promotions/offers launch, define customer experience for strategic initiatives

Able to map technical flows and functional diagrams aligning to business and system requirements

Work closely with cross functional teams to determine LOE and Refine stories

Attend Daily Scrum and Perform Post deployment verification and Sign off Deliverables

Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)

Consult with product teams and business owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and design approaches.

Must have strong technical background to understand integrations and debug applications and provide technical documentation to dev teams

Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a technology-based role, like a technical product owner, Business system analysts is must

Must have experience in developing consumer applications in Telco or ecommerce sectors

Bachelor s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred

This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days on-site presence.
