Key Responsibilities:
Devise plan design deploys and migrate to new enterprise data center network systems from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with different teams.
Design, implement, and maintain Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) in data center environments.
Configure ACI fabric including spine-leaf topology, APIC controllers, and fabric discovery.
Create and manage tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, application profiles, endpoint groups (EPGs), and contracts.
Integrate ACI with external Layer2/Layer3 networks, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vCenter), and firewalls.
Design, Configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level Routing & Switching using Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, etc.).
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot wireless networks using Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), access points, and policy enforcement.
Configure and maintain Cisco Identity Service Engine(ISE) for network access control, profiling, posture assessments, and policy enforcement.
Implement and manage Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network automation, assurance, provisioning, and policy-based management.
Collaborate with security teams to integrate network security practices including segmentation and access control.
Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Provide Tier 3 support and act as an escalation point of complex network issues.
Optimize wireless network coverage and performance in wireless client high density area by reviewing current wireless system configurations.
Create Low Level Design High Level Design Implementation Migration Plan and Acceptance Test Plan documents in accordance with client standards.
Write manuals and documents of all tasks and procedures.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and make recommendation for improvements.
Solve complex problems with many variables.
Qualification
Must have Cisco WIFI implementation experience.
Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Cisco APIC controller
Possess at least seven 10 years of hands on experience with planning and designing switching network solutions and migrations for large enterprises
Subject matter experience with Cisco Unified Wireless Networking to include 80211bgnacax LWAPP CAPWAP APs WLCs Prime Infrastructure Cisco ISE Cisco DNAC
Good understanding of complex multivendor layer 23 and 47 environments including Cisco CheckPoint Palo Alto F5 Pulse Secure and Citrix VPN etc
Knowledge of Cisco device configuration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
Expert understanding of external L2 L3 fabric connectivity and experience in L2 L3 switching Architecture design
Technical knowledge of common routing protocols EIGRP static BGP etc. switching networks across a large network
A good understanding of Networking Switches Routers Cables Racks Firewalls LAN WAN TCPIP DNS UDP Latency VoIP QoS LDAP IPsec
Ability to manage a project plan track milestones and identify dependencies
Excellent engineering project management skills planning organization scheduling and progress reporting
