Senior AS400 Application Developer

We are seeking a Senior AS400 Application Developer. In the role, you will collaborate with key customers to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code work you're doing for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; you will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of dynamic experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology Experience.

• Experience with IBM AS400. Experience developing applications and maintaining application developed in AS400.
• 4+ years of experience with SYNON/2E.
• 2+ years of experience in RxClaim.
• Must have experience in Synon/2E and RPG IV.

• Good proven knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).
• Good working knowledge in ILE RPG and CL.

Hands on knowledge in DB2/400.
Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives.
Working in an agile environment with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe methodologies.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
