Job Details
Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on advanced development.
- Assist in leading Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & Risk projects, consulting on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices.
- Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
- Fulfill Project s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.
- Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following Servicenow best practices.
- Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.
- Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.
- Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his/her projects.
- Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a projectManage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.
Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
- Professional Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer
- 2+ Risk and ServiceNow CIS Certifications
- Proven experience in 2 additional product lines outside of Security & Risk
- Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API's and mobile application design.
