Job Details
SaaS Ecosystem Management: You'll be the primary administrator for our key SaaS applications, including:
Project Management Tools: Manage project spaces, user permissions, and integrations to keep our teams aligned and on track.
Corporate Intranet Platform: Administer our corporate intranet, ensuring content is fresh, users are engaged, and the platform is a hub of connection.
Feedback and Survey Platforms: Support our feedback and survey initiatives, managing user accounts, survey distribution, and data privacy.
Enterprise Search Tools: Be the expert on our enterprise search tool, ensuring our teams can find the information they need, when they need it.
Communication and Collaboration Hubs: Administer our communication platform, managing channels, integrations, and user access to foster seamless collaboration.
User Lifecycle Management: Onboard and offboard users across our SaaS stack, ensuring a seamless and secure experience from day one. You'll manage user groups, roles, and permissions to maintain a strong security posture.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate workflows, optimize configurations, and improve the user experience within our SaaS tools. You'll be a key driver in making our digital workplace more efficient and intuitive.
Support and Training: Act as the first point of contact for user issues and questions related to our SaaS applications. You'll develop and deliver training materials to empower our employees to get the most out of their tools.
Vendor and Security Management: Collaborate with our SaaS vendors to resolve complex issues and stay abreast of new features. You'll work closely with our security team to ensure our platforms are configured to meet our security and compliance standards.
Data and Analytics: Monitor usage metrics and provide insights to the Leadership team on how our tools are being used. You'll help us understand the impact of our SaaS investments and identify areas for improvement.
