Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Audio Visual Commissioning/ Conference Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for conferencing and collaboration platforms. This role will focus on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV and video conferencing systems. Candidates must demonstrate both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills, as they will engage with multiple stakeholders and provide support across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Expert in Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, and related platforms.
  • Experience commissioning and supporting MTRs, Cisco Webex, and Poly video conferencing systems.
  • Skilled in cross-platform conferencing solutions (Zoom, Webex, Teams).
  • Proficient in AV systems such as Crestron, Biamp, Shure, Tricaster, Sound Control Technologies, Epson/NEC projectors, and BrightSign players.
  • Experience deploying and managing Cisco Room OS endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Essential Duties:

  • Lead and support initiatives under the 2025 Evergreen project.
  • Develop high- and low-level designs, test plans, implementation plans, and turnover documentation.
  • Manage escalations and provide fast issue resolution.
  • Work with engineering, QA, development, production support, and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on trends in conferencing and collaboration technologies.

Must have skills:

  • Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom
  • MTRs, Cisco Webex Room Devices
  • AV systems: Crestron, Biamp, Shure, Tricaster
  • Conferencing device commissioning & troubleshooting
  • BrightSign, Sound Control, Epson/NEC projectors

Nice to have skills

  • Experience with hybrid work environments
  • Certifications in AV or Unified Communications
