Job Details

Must Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe IT project and release management ideally in the Healthcare Insurance domain
  • 7+ years of experience with Stakeholder communication and presentation, leading meetings and governance reviews, clear status reports and translating technical progress into business language
  • 7+ years of experience leveraging Agile tools and dashboards (Jira, Visio, Roadmaps, Backlog grooming, Spring planning) to identify and manage risk

Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting cross technical product level initiatives in the Deliver Phase and success of assigned initiatives.
  • Assess priorities against business value to ensure Program Epic Release schedule is aligned to business priorities.
  • Responsible for managing, directing and planning delivery management of assigned program epics consisting of one or more project teams.
  • In the deliver phase, supports the portfolio across multiple initiatives, analyzing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring process, facilitating initiative / Program Epic level meetings.
  • Optimize results within resource and time constraints.
  • Collaborate and facilitate initiative / Program Epic level communication and meetings with TPO's, BPO's, Engineers, Scrum Masters and other leaders to assure full alignment.
  • Define release schedules, identify dependences, solutions to business problems, and provide updates as priorities and schedules change.
  • Oversee the governance structure across the initiative teams.
  • Manage risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives in partnership with the BPO organization.
  • Drive activities to achieve aligned goals.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Conduct necessary meetings and is responsible for schedule and status tracking.
  • Conduct presentations regarding project status to cross functional IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management process and project documentation standards.
  • Works with project impacting cross-functional teams to ensure system testing is performed and accomplished in line with the acceptance criteria.
  • Work on Regulatory portfolio initiatives as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask and facilitate cross-team discussion MS-Office skills - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint Familiarity with Jira and Agile Methodologies
