Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Comscore is looking for highly experienced, proven, sales leader with deep knowledge of the linear TV, CTV and digital marketplaces, linear and digital convergence, audience-based buying, advertising measurement, currency initiatives, and a track record of success selling to holding companies, media agencies and directly to advertisers. As an SVP or VP, Agency & Brand Sales, you'll lead a buy-side focused team and be at the forefront of selling Comscore's traditional and cross-platform measurement services and products to the TV and digital marketplace. Armed with a best-in-class product suite that spans both digital and television platforms, coupled with a high-performance sales / analytics / custom solutions team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a leader within TV measurement, digital measurement and advertising currency.

What You'll Do:
  • This proven leader will be responsible for revenue generated through an advertising holding company, its agencies, and associated brands, selling our unique data services and products by leveraging Comscore's audience scale, advertising measurement and activation capabilities.
  • This person will drive sales growth by developing strategies to retain and grow existing agency and advertiser clients while building a pipeline and successfully selling to new brands and untapped areas within the assigned holding company.
  • This person will be responsible for sales and revenue of syndicated subscriptions and renewals for Comscore linear TV and Media Metrix, along with transactional products and services, such as cross platform measurement, social media products, and brand lift studies.
  • This person will play a leading role within sales goals and buy-side initiatives through a range of sales, analytic, management, and business development functions.
  • This person must develop a pipeline and close sales within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • This person will report to the SVP, Head of Agency Sales and lead a team to achieve predefined sales and strategic objectives for the assigned holding company and its associated brands.
  • The candidate should come in with, and forge new agency and brand relationships to help solidify Comscore as a true partner for currency, business, measurement, and marketing insights.
  • This person will coordinate internally and be able to work cross-functionally with client services, product management, product marketing, and other internal teams to create innovative measurement solutions, go-to-market opportunities, and solve client needs.


What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of professional experience working within the TV/digital industry at a media agency, publisher sales, or at a brand direct marketing team.
  • A highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success and strong personal relationships with investment, planning and strategy, as well as measurement leads at holding companies and agencies.
  • Specific experience managing and selling audience and advertising effectiveness measurement services to agencies and brands.
  • Deep understanding of market research (qualitative and quantitative for TV, digital and mobile) and other related industry knowledge and how this information can be applied to help clients achieve their goals.
  • A deep understanding of the analytical advertising process within the advertising industry.
  • A highly intellectual individual who combines proven sales abilities with analytical excellence, superior communication skills and an ability to develop and grow strong client relationships.

  • Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 base plus incentives, commensurate with experience.
