  • Ensure product compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and release coordination.
  • Engage with utility partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders to align product goals with industry needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on the utilities sector (e.g., electricity, gas, water).
  • Demonstrated experience working on AI/ML-enabled products-especially in predictive analytics, NLP, or computer vision for utility use cases.
  • Strong understanding of the utility value chain and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with agile product development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical Master's a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with utility data (e.g., SCADA, AMI, GIS, outage data).
  • Background in energy tech, grid modernization, or smart infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment.
