Job Details
This individual, contractor, will lead the WAS Meeting/Telephony initiative. Ensuring product requirements are met, roadmap sequenced effectively, product testing, and full initiative rollout has met product/technical requirements. Support is needed across three phases: 1) Migration from Webex to MS Teams w/ NICE vendor call recording integration. 2) Fast Follow genAI transcript capabilities for meeting summarization and action items. 3) Client digital experience to display post meeting action items and high-level summary.
