Job Title: Salesforce Architect (with Clariti Experience)

Location: Remote
Duration:Long term.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with Clariti expertise to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and cloud-based enterprise applications, with hands-on experience in Clariti for enhanced productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Leverage Clariti integration with Salesforce to improve collaboration, productivity, and process automation.
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and integration teams.
Design and implement APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, etc.).
Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Perform system audits, health checks, and performance tuning of Salesforce environments.
Guide CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment strategies for Salesforce applications.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Clariti features, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
Proven expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
Strong experience with Clariti and its integration within Salesforce environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Deep understanding of multi-cloud strategies and SaaS architectures.
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms (preferred).
Excellent skills in data modeling, API design, and security implementation.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.
