Title: ITIL Business Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $55/hr on C2C
Visa Status: OPEN
Tax Term: W2/ C2C

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Business Analyst with strong ITIL experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of ITSM practices, experience with change/configuration management, and a proactive approach to process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements

• Define and support ITSM workflows: service requests, change management, CMDB mapping

• Document and analyze SLAs, KPIs, and service integration points

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across agencies

• Assist with QA testing: create and execute test cases for ITSM processes

• Develop user stories, process documentation, and use cases

• Support dashboard/reporting requirements for ITSM performance tracking

• Facilitate continuous process improvement efforts

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong ITIL experience is a must (Certification preferred but not required)

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)

• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and Configuration Item (CI) mapping

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Des Moines, IA.
