Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in media production or post-production to lead the development and optimization of our media workflow solutions. This role bridges the gap between creative teams, engineering, and business stakeholders ensuring that our products empower media professionals to produce, manage, and deliver high-quality content efficiently.
You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, leveraging your industry expertise to define requirements, prioritize features, and shape the roadmap for products serving studios, production houses, broadcasters, and digital content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap for tools and platforms used in media production, asset management, or post-production workflows.
Gather requirements from customers, creative professionals, and internal teams to translate technical and creative needs into product features.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with creative operations, editors, and production engineers to identify workflow pain points and optimize media pipelines.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and product positioning.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes that clearly convey desired functionality.
Drive go-to-market strategy, product launches, and cross-functional alignment.
Monitor key performance metrics (usage, adoption, retention) and continuously iterate based on user feedback.
Stay current on emerging technologies in media asset management (MAM), cloud workflows, AI-assisted editing, and transcoding.
Qualifications Required:
4 7 years of experience in product management or production technology.
Hands-on experience in media production or post-production workflows (e.g., editing, color grading, sound design, or VFX).
Strong understanding of video codecs, asset management systems, cloud-based media pipelines, and metadata management.
Proven ability to work with both creative teams and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Experience with tools such as Avid, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, or Frame.io.
Familiarity with AWS Media Services, Adobe Cloud, or other cloud-based post-production platforms.
Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
Bachelor s degree in Film Production, Computer Science, Media Technology, or related field. MBA a plus.
