Job Details
We are seeking Sales Executives with 2 5 years of proven experience in IT consulting/staffing sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue through the placement of IT professionals on contract assignments. Please note that the candidate will be supporting US customers and will be required to work (9:30 AM-6:30 PM US EST), 8 hrs. workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients across the U.S.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to match client requirements with qualified IT professionals (H1B, TN, and U.S. candidates).
- Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and agreements with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline development and deal closure.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Represent SVAM International at networking events, conferences, and industry forums as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred (Business, IT, or related field a plus).
- 2 5 years of experience in sales/business development within IT staffing or consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, staffing models, and U.S. work visas (H1B, TN, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
