  • Develop methods to size energy systems under demand uncertainty.

  • Design fault diagnosis and failure prognosis algorithms.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years of electrical design experience with digital, analog, and power electronic systems.

  • Deep knowledge of power conversion systems (converter, rectifier, inverter concepts).

  • Experience with Embedded Linux development, Device Trees, and Linux build systems (e.g., Buildroot).

  • Prior experience with solar or microgrid systems.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, signal generators).

  • Experience developing digital/analog interfaces for PC-based test systems (Labview, Matlab-Simulink-Simscape, Altium, PLECS, Python).

  • Proficiency with numerical simulation software.

  • Familiarity with wireless technologies (Cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth).

  • Knowledge of XIL product development frameworks (MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL).

  • Familiar with international safety and EMC regulations (UL, ISO, IEC, FCC, NEC).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up / high-growth environment.

Physical Requirements
