Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Security and Infrastructure teams. The role involves ensuring efficient workflows and supporting agile practices to drive the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to track and manage daily tasks effectively.
Identify and remove obstacles that impede team productivity and project delivery.
Monitor project progress and generate reports, such as burndown charts, to track team performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams adopt agile best practices.
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project status, risks, and dependencies.
Act as a liaison between teams and leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Support the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Guide teams in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads to meet sprint goals.

Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent is required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Proven ability to create and utilize tools like burndown charts to monitor project progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in Security and Infrastructure.
Ability to identify and resolve issues that impact team productivity.
Familiarity with hybrid work environments, including onsite and remote collaboration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic and detail-focused environment.
