One of our direct clients is looking for SAP SD Analyst in Portland, OR. Below is the detailed job description.
Title: SAP SD Analyst
Location: Portland, OR
SD Functional BSA :-
- Min. 7+ years of knowledge and experience of SAP Order-2-Cash business process.
- Must have worked on Implementation and Support engagements as SAP SD Functional BSA
- Experienced in Sales process configurations, customizations in ECC environment.
- Extensive functional and associated technical knowledge of objects & transactions related to Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, Billings process
- Experienced in Business Requirements, workshop sessions to gather requirement scope and estimation
- Experience in Functional designing, Test Scenario document preparation
- Experience in Integration Testing and coordination with Business for UAT
- Good Knowledge of SD integration with MM & Warehouse Management
- Incident and Service Request resolution in SD domain
- Issue Analysis, Simulation of scenarios, and resolution of Production defects with permanent solutioning mind-set
- Batch job monitoring, failure analysis, Interface analysis.
- Good Team collaboration and Customer handling skills
- Good communication and Email writing skills
- Must scale up to challenging situations and handle escalations
- Proactive monitoring of potential problems and prevention.
