HYBRID: Works ONSITE 3 days per week (Local candidates only) / This is a 12 months contract with a possibility of full time conversion

Seeking to hire a Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst to join our dynamic marketing analytics team. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize marketing spend across various channels. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decision-making and enhancing our overall marketing performance and will oversee our vendors

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Oversight of development and implementation of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to assess the impact of various marketing channels on sales and brand performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, marketing, and sales, to gather data and understand business objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and visualizations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
Assist in the development of dashboards and tools for ongoing performance tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** 2+ years of experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Analytics.
** Experience with public speaking skills, able to collaborating with cross-functional teams, having experience in Client/Customer facing
** Must have a marketing background, deep understanding of data science analytics and Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
** Experience with building models, data modelling, understanding of business applications and how data works, conducting scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
Proven experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role, focused developing/implementing Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methods.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their measurement.
Experience in the Automotive vertical
