Job Details

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solution Architect in the Plan-to-Sustain space: Business process knowledge of Materials Planning, Production Planning, Engineering Changes, Manufacturing Execution, EHS and Product Compliance, Quality Management, Aftermarket spare part sales, and Aftermarket/MRO Service Management in the highly regulated A&D industry is in scope for this resource. They will be the SAP Leader for the Plan-to-Sustain Value Stream as part of the SAP Design Success Team.

The following skills are required:

  1. Deep A&D industry knowledge in Supply Chain and Manufacturing is essential.
  2. Deep knowledge of Engineering Change Management across PLM, ERP, and MES is required.
  3. Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and SAP S/4HANA Fiori Applications in the P2S space is required.
  4. Advocacy of SAP s Fit-to-Standard Approach is expected from this resource as the customer is attempting to standardize business processes across multiple business units.
  5. The resource will be responsible for orchestrating the SAP S/4HANA Solution across planning, Product Compliance, Engineering Changes, production order management, procurement, and manufacturing execution in Project-based scenarios, Government Contract Flow Down, WBS Structuring for Sales Contracts, and Sales Order-based manufacturing. All MTS, MTO, and ATS scenarios are applicable, and repetitive manufacturing is also in scope. Knowledge of integration with SAP EWM material staging for manufacturing is desirable. Knowledge of manufacturing integration with SAP Quality Management is required.
  6. Knowledge of PLM-ERP Integration across at least one of the following is needed: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, and Dassault Enovia/3DX.
  7. Deep hands-on implementation knowledge of MRP Live, SAP MP&S (ePPDS) is required.
  8. Orchestration of SAP S/4HANA (the SAP Business Suite) across the Plan-to-Sustain space with Team Members who specialize in individual SAP Line of Business solutions will be their responsibility. They must be a team player and interact well with the SAP Team that s already engaged on-site.
  9. Ability to direct the customer on a senior executive as well as a detailed design responsible level, orchestrate a team of SAP solution experts for the different areas mentioned above.
The following skills are desirable:
  1. Knowledge of GPD/PMMO in Procurement and Manufacturing is desirable.
  2. Knowledge of integration with third-party Long-term Materials Planning and SIOP Solutions, like Kinaxis, is desirable.
  3. Knowledge of third-party MES integration is desirable, especially experience with Solumina, which will be very useful.
