Description
* Design and implement customized solutions for IT service management and financial services operations.
* Develop and maintain scripts and automation processes to enhance user experience and data integrity.
* Integrate external applications to ensure seamless data interchange with enterprise systems.
* Create customized dashboards and analytic reports for real-time performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with best practices.
* Document changes and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions.
* Automate complex processes to improve operational performance.
* Build integrations with external applications.
* Implement and optimize financial operations modules.

Qualifications
* 8-10 years of development experience with a focus on IT service management.
* Proven track record of developing end-to-end IT service management solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
