REMOTE - EST working hours

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing
business.
2. Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals.
4. Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity.
5. Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development, and comprehensive documentation for all solutions.
6. Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills:
B2B Enterprise Architecture Experience - Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce,
particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar discipline)
8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations
Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, SQL
Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.
Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion.

Soft Skills:
1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
3. Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.

Years of Experience
8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations.

Must-Have Skills
1. B2B Enterprise Architecture Experience - Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.

About the Team
The Sales Operations Core Solutions team is a global division within the Reality Labs Global Sales organization, responsible for enabling rapid business scaling across retail and commercial channels. Focused specifically on Reality Labs Sales and partnerships, we cover all hardware and software products created by Reality Labs globally.
Team is split into 2 pillars (Solutions Systems & PMO). CWAM leads Solutions Architect Team.
