Description
**MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Standing up the cloud environment from scratch for a DISA.
Responsibilities:
Create/design/develop/manage DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, GitLab, Nexus, etc.
Work with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools.
Ensure work product meets user acceptance criteria
Manage self-directed assignments
Meet schedule deadlines and commitments with a high-level of quality of deliverables
Be a trusted automation and tooling advisor for DevSecOps initiatives by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights, and advice
Recommend and implement industry standards
Implement and ensure adherence to security practices and incorporate them into the automated pipelines
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Clearance Requirements
o DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline
Experience:
o 5+ years of DevSecOps experience
o Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure and DevSecOps environments
o Minimum 3 years of experience with application and operating system security
o Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Scrumban
o Minimum 3 years of experience creating Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Helm
o Experience with YAML and Groovy

Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies, and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various organizational levels
Preferred Skills:
o Certification in one or more cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
o Knowledge and experience working in DoD Azure environments
Top Skills
1. 5+ years of DevSecOps experience and creating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform & Kubernetes
2. 3+ years of experience with application and UNIX operating system security in an Agile environment
3. 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud
Work Environment
This role will start out fully on-site and move to a hybrid schedule as time goes on.
***This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI)
***Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
