Certification Required: Cyber Ark Delivery Engineer

As the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer you will provide engineering support for CyberArk and other PAM services. In this role you will collaborate with IAM architects and engineers in the deployment of new PAM solutions, working with them to define, develop, and implement an IAM strategy that reduces risk and provides resiliency, while accelerating business initiatives.

More About the Role:

  • Support in the architecture, design, installation, and configuration of CyberArk solutions, including the Enterprise Password Vault, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, and Application Identity Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies for privileged account security management and secret management that align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools (SIEM, SailPoint, MFA, etc.).
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure performance and compliance with security standards.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of privileged access, including provisioning, rotation, monitoring, and decommissioning of privileged accounts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding CyberArk architecture and processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CyberArk for internal stakeholders and guide the organization on best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to privileged accounts and access control.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve the security posture.
  • Strong technical expertise with CyberArk products, including certification(s) such as CyberArk Certified Defender or CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer.
  • Proven track record in implementing CyberArk solutions in a large, complex environment.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of security tasks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and experience with audit support activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required ualifications:
  • BA + 10 years' applicable experience, AA + 12 years' applicable experience, MA + 3 years applicable experience or 16 years' experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and securing cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Previous experience with additional PAM solutions besides CyberArk is a plus.
