Job Description:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5 8 years of experience in program, project, or contract management
- 2+ years of contract management experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- PMP Certification preferred
- OSHA safety knowledge desired.
- Experience interpreting electrical single-line/logic diagrams and MEP drawings
- Experience using MS Project to develop project schedules
Core Responsibilities Contract & Program Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., SOWs, NDAs, consulting, marketing, and ecommerce contracts)
- Interpret complex contract language and incorporate legal/business terms appropriately
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, directives, and financial regulations
- Maintain and update internal contract management systems
- Monitor contract expirations and pursue renewals as needed
- Collaborate across departments to ensure completion and accuracy of contracts
- Respond to complex contract inquiries and provide legal/contractual guidance
- Lead and manage legal-related tasks and special projects as assigned
Project Management Responsibilities
- Independently manage capital projects ($10K $1M) related to physical security technology
- Review engineering plans/drawings to ensure compliance with security and business standards
- Mitigate project risks and escalate issues to management/stakeholders
- Lead vendor coordination and construction efforts per schedules and budgets
- Conduct project status updates and attend PMO calls/meetings (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain accurate financial forecasts, project accounting, and MS Project schedules
- Facilitate and document scope, requirements, and business cases (project charters)
- Participate in field job walks for scope assessments and new project engagements
- Ensure safety compliance and promote safe practices aligned with company standards
Required & Desired Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Project and budget/financial tracking tools
- Contract negotiation and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, and project safety practices
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field
