We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce leader to drive strategic initiatives across Sales and Service Cloud. This role will focus on optimizing CRM performance, enabling sales teams, and enhancing customer success through data-driven insights, automation, and scalable architecture.
<>Key Responsibilities</>- Develop and execute Salesforce technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead CRM optimization efforts, including lead management, pipeline visibility, and opportunity tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement customer success strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across sales and service.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Leverage AI/ML tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) and low-code platforms for automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems using APIs and middleware.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
- MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms
- Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI
- ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, or similar
- CI/CD tools: Gearset, Copado, Jenkins
- Version control: Git, Bitbucket
- Monitoring & observability: New Relic, Splunk (for platform performance)
- 8+ years in Salesforce roles, with deep expertise in Sales and Service and Experience Cloud.
- Proven success in improving sales operations and CRM performance.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement, lead/opportunity management, and CRM best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience with CRM integrations, process automation, and enterprise data architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and release management in Salesforce environments.
- Exposure to customer success platforms like Gainsight or Totango is a plus.
