Your day-to-day work will include:
- Structure demands into a common framework based on leading best practices and advising on building an organization with the right culture that leverages those demands to deliver value for customers.
At a minimum you should have:
- Active SECRET clearance
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in complex enterprise business systems / ERP solution requirements elaboration.
- Experience in facilitating working sessions with numerous stakeholders to elicit requirements found at various layers of the Enterprise and drive the requirements ideation, capture, and grooming processes
- Familiarity with Army business processes and the systems that support those processes
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, landscapes, and implementation methodologies
- Trained in and executed programs utilizing Agile software development, particularly scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LESS, Scrum at Scale
- Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficient utilizing ITSM, work management, or portfolio management toolsets, such as Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Alfabet, HP ALM
