RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a FS AWS Java Spring Jenkins in Westlake, TX.

Duties Include:
* Deliver high quality, timely, and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
* Work with product owner, squad lead and architecture on a frequent, recurring basis to design and influence technical improvements to the platform, team, and direction
* Able to clearly present sophisticated technical solutions, ideas, and plans to senior management, business partners, and less technical interested parties as needed
* Develop a keen understanding of the business domain you are working on and actively guide technology discussions with business partners and other external parties
* Investigate creative practices and decide how to apply them within the team

REQUIREMENTS:
* Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of development experience
* Proficient in Java, SQL and have proven expertise with cloud technologies such as AWS
* Development experience with web application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Production experience with Kubernetes and Serverless on AWS
* Experience with iterative SDLC
* Previous exposure to trading systems or brokerage technology is strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
