Key Responsibilities:

Lead an Agile delivery POD responsible for end-to-end feature development, from planning through release and support.

Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience scaling Agile practices across teams and departments.
Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), backlog refinement, and delivery cadence management.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills able to unify stakeholders and resolve conflict with diplomacy.
Track record of improving delivery quality and predictability through process rigor and quality assurance measures.
Comfortable working in high-pressure environments requiring tact, clarity, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in enterprise environments with legacy systems and modern architectures.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
Background in software development or QA is a plus.
