Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Integration Architect to join our dynamic team as a contingent worker. The ideal candidate will design and implement a data strategy to merge data from various sources into a cohesive and accessible format, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems. The individual will work closely with our DataOps, Data Science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms and will perform job functions under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- To design, develop, and maintain a scalable and efficient data architecture.
- To create and manage data models for large-scale data processing and storage solutions.
- To collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business users, and to lead data architecture meetings.
- To ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry best standards.
- To provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with version control systems like Git, Azure, and GitHub is required.
- 3-5 years of experience modeling data from multiple SaaS endpoints is required.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting SQL or NoSQL database systems is required.
- 3-5 years of experience with cloud data technology: Google Big Query is required.
- 3-5 years of experience with data modeling techniques and related tools is required.
- 3-5 years of related experience is required.
- A bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AWS is preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts is preferred.
