Job Details
- Design and develop Order guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers.
- Hands on experience implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Agent workspace
- Good understanding on other ITSM modules like Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge.
- Develop/Maintain integration between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers and Integration Hub.
- Hands on experience customizing ServiceNow by creating UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Scheduled jobs using Glide classes, Ajax, JavaScript
- Service Portfolio Management (SPM): Must have Experience in below modules;
- Agile Development
- Project Portfolio Management
- Demand Management
- Resource Management
- Innovation Management
- Cost Management
- Test Management
- Portfolio & Strategic Planning
- Investment Funding
- Portfolio Management
