Job Details

Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and configuration of the property interface architecture and related systems.
Conduct routine health checks on servers, locks, and Local Equipment Gateway (LEG) devices, ensuring all findings are documented and kept current.
Maintain detailed configuration documentation for key servers by vendor, including specific setup requirements.
Access and analyze system and device logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Record recurring problems and build expertise in the request/response flows between key vendors and property systems.
fInitiate and manage Jira tickets to escalate issues as needed.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of lab equipment, including LEG devices, locks, key encoders, credit card terminals, and other property-related equipment.
Stay informed about network changes and continuously enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
Escalate issues appropriately, particularly following system updates or major infrastructure changes.
