RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Lakewood, CO. The candidate will be on site 3x-4x a week.
Summary:
This position will lead the transformation of the current SAP ECC ERP system to S/4 HANA, and ensure a seamless transition across operations, manufacturing, supply chain and finance operations globally. The SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager will manage the definition and scoping of projects, alignment with business sponsors and key stakeholders, business process reengineering, project execution, and communication of status and risks. This position reports into the Enterprise PMO.
The successful candidate has successfully led as a Program Manager through entire project lifecycles, the migration from a single instance of SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4 HANA for a global, highly regulated company.
Essential Duties:
* Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC 6 to SAP S4 HANA global implementation program
* Partner with the program teams and the leadership teams, technology teams and vendor to design the overall transformation program including business process reengineering resulting in a standards based, out-of-the-box, industry best practices approach
* Responsible for detailed project planning, program budget, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables
* Collaborate with the Company's System Integrator partner
* Support the business requirements and conduct gap analysis bridging that gap to stay within project scope with the goal of industry best practices with limited customizations (but instead may include integrations with 3rd party applications)
* Develop and execute complex program and project plans for the delivery, identification and management of program resources in a matrixed environment
* Ensure thoughtful People, Change and Learning within a strong Organizational Change Management approach to training and organizational readiness
* Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within defined timeframes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered; MBA preferred
* Minimum 8 years of SAP implementation experience
* Experience leading an SAP S/4 HANA implementation from ECC6 to S/4 HANA
* Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies globally for the success of the program
* Experience in leading a global organization in their upgrade from ECC to S/4 HANA
* Experience in end-to-end S/4 HANA project lifecycle implementation for global company operating worldwide
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment
* Skilled in the concepts of GxP & ISO Validation Protocols
* Proficiency in working with SAFE Agile teams
* Executive level communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of LEAN principles and experience in application of such principles
* ECC6 to S/4 HANA experience required
* Understanding of SAP systems, modules, and implementation of best practices
* Strong background in program management in a regulated environment and detailed project management, with the ability to develop comprehensive plans
* Management of status and executive reporting of project scope, change order requirements, project milestone sign off documents, open item lists, risks and issues management, RAID logs and all other project governance artifacts/management dashboards
* Ability to support the business process reengineering, business and technical requirements, and conduct gap analysis and providing scenarios and solutions based on the gap analysis with the result of limited customizations
* Knowledge of hyperscaler services and infrastructure, system integration and best practices
* Knowledge to drive global data migration including a proper master data governance methodology
* Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and communicating project risks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
