Job Title: Oracle Functional Lead (OTC)

Location: Remote Plus 50% Travel to Dallas and Seattle (Expenses Paid)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process design, configuration, and support in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OTC processes: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, AR, Credit & Collections
  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional documents
  • Configure Oracle OTC modules and support CRP, UAT, and go-live
  • Ensure integration with Finance (GL) and third-party systems
  • Provide production support and process improvements
