Position: Inside Sales BDE

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Full Time

Candidate Qualifications/ Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree/ BTech/MBA with 3-6 years of inside sales experience in USA regions preferably into IT services company
• Location: Hybrid / Work from office (Dayton, OH)
• Target: 3 executed meetings per month. (Min 24 executed meetings in a year min.)
• Must be able to generate 3 -4 meetings per month from USA, regions. Should have exposure preferably from IT services and technologies like Cloud, QA, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Java, Mobility, Custom App Dev, SF, ServiceNow e.t.c
• Very strong English communication skills: Articulate and clear verbally, and with ability to communicate well in writing. Draft compelling emails (Fresh, Follow-up and LinkedIn)
• Preference to candidates worked in IT services companies in the inside sales role

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• Work closely with D365 Practice Lead and Sales Lead to run the assigned campaign as per the directions and guidelines to generate volumes of leads/opportunities.
• Consistently Maintain meetings/pipeline (self and team numbers) forecasting to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Understand LinkedIn, Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, D&B and other research tools available in the market.
• Should be able to draft compelling email. Articulate thoughts into words. Keen eye for Social connect with prospect.
• Data research – 10-15 companies per day, Lead Generation, Cold Calling (50-60 calls), prospecting, finding new customers, Converting Leads
• Should have prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives with B2B Clients.
• Creative mind can think on feet. Should be Positive, can-do attitude, team player.
• Should have targeted higher revenue prospects in past companies (revenue size of $100M to $5B)
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), Inside Sales, Cold calling experience, good analytical skills
