Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join a leading Healthcare IT organization on a long-term contract with the potential for hire. This role requires deep functional expertise in NetSuite, with a strong focus on the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module and financial process optimization. The consultant will play a key role in supporting internal business users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering tailored NetSuite solutions across accounting and revenue operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on functional expert who understands the financial and technical aspects of NetSuite, with the ability to analyze complex problems, support cross-functional teams, and improve system usage through dashboards, workbooks, and saved searches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary NetSuite functional expert for internal business teams, focusing on financial and accounting modules.

  • Support and optimize NetSuite ARM module including Revenue Recognition, Deferred Revenue, Unbilled Receivables, and Revenue Reclassification.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and designing scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality.

  • Develop and maintain SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, dashboards, and saved searches to improve visibility into financial operations.

  • Analyze and document data flows across Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Billing, and other key accounting functions.

  • Participate in NetSuite-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.



Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong functional experience with NetSuite, especially in Accounting and Revenue domains.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM module.

  • Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition, Deferred Revenue, Billing, Unbilled Receivables, GL, COA, and Balance Sheet structures.

  • Proficiency in building and customizing SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, dashboards, and saved searches.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Databricks, or Domo.

  • Knowledge of NetSuite Fixed Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Zone Advanced Billing, or subscription-based billing models.

  • Familiarity with Avalara Tax Solutions, Salesforce CPQ, and payment processing gateways.
