Job Description

You will work within the Product Design team in the Design and UX department, who are responsible for the strategic design, visual direction and development of our product. With a new focus on the US market, we are looking to craft innovative mobile app experiences that resonate with an American audience.


This role offers the rare opportunity to shape a global product and bring fresh perspectives on what American users want and need, while working with a team that has deep expertise in betting.


Working alongside talented international design teams maintaining our global product, you will use your understanding of sports culture to push forward our Sports app, challenging the market leaders.

This is a chance to be part of something big, and bring innovative betting experiences to sports fans, while building our US presence from the ground up.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company s hybrid working from home policy.


The salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $140,000 annually.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Extensive background in app and web UI and UX design, with significant commercial experience.
  • Strong visual portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design, including advanced graphic work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and user psychology.
  • Appreciation of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in physical and virtual contexts.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize innovative ideas, while proactively solving problems and learning.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working for a global brand.


Main Responsibilities

  • Designing our global sports betting product, with a US focus.
  • Working with senior US stakeholders to stay competitive.
  • Exploring and realising innovative concepts into cohesive high-fidelity designs.
  • Producing comprehensive designs that address every possible scenario and platform.
  • Communicating current US trends and innovations and collaborating with the wider department.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency across all designs.
  • Designing and creating prototypes in collaboration with developers, ensuring functionality and user experience.
  • Communicating effectively to stakeholders, to present designs and the rationale behind them.
  • Embracing and reacting positively to feedback, new ideas, and changing requirements, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Maintaining wider global efficiencies, while establishing and maintaining excellent communication and relationships with global teams.
