Job Details

  • Demonstrable experience in business continuity planning spanning 5-10 years.
  • Strong understanding of Financial, Audit, and Information Technology Disaster Recovery concepts.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to positively and successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and achieve target dates.
  • Self-motivated and productive teammate with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, professional designation (CBCP, MBCI).
  • Experience in preparing for and responding to significant multi-site disruptive incidents.
Role
  • Support the administration of Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios.
  • Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
  • Ensure integration of new services into company s business continuity management program.
  • Support strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
  • Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.
